Permanent make up enhances the beauty in your glance, highlights the depth of your eyes and emphasizes your smile, giving you voluminous lips and fixing any asymmetries or damaged lip outline. The technique, almost painless and comfortable, consists in introducing high quality pigments into the epidermis. All pigments are european certified, carefully selected and mixed according to your skin tone. A soft shading can be added to the lip outline, in order to enhance your mouth shape by giving it a sumptuous plumping effect. It generally requires two procedures to complete the treatment. Occasionally a third procedure may be needed.

Angela Terlizzi is an International Master – Virginia State Board Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer Instructor certified.

She teaches Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) approved Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing classes according to DPOR guidelines and she directly supervise student lessons and activities sharing her knowledge with professionalism, patience and passion.

ANGELA teaches Permanent Cosmetics Tattooing (90 hours) at the DPOR Certified Schools in Virginia.
